Luk Kennis focuses on contracting law and real estate. He is also active in the trade law and economic law department.

He also has experience as a teacher at Vormingsinstituut Kortrijk.

Luk Kennes is chairman of the Conciliation Committee for Special Youth Care of the district of Kortrijk-Roeselare-Tielt since 1990.

He obtained his law degree at K.U.L. and his degree in Sociology at the University of Antwerp.

He was registered as a member of the West Flanders Bar in 1974.
