Edmund & Tenzing

The story behind

On 29 May 1953, Edmund Hillary and his Nepalese-born Sherpa (guide) TTenzing Norgay became the first climbers to reach the summit of the earth's highest peak: Mount Everest (8,848 metres). Not only did Tenzing take the lead and was he the first one to set foot on the rooftop of the world, he was also the indispensable guide and pioneer of the expedition.

The 2x3 step-by-step plan

Edmund & Tenzing Edmund & Tenzing is a clever collaboration model that we base ourselves on to really get to know and understand the client both at the beginning and during our cooperation, in order to guide him in the best way possible.

The model consists of 2 times 3 logical steps influencing each other. 2 times 3 factors on both sides of the cooperation that lead to understanding and success.

Step 1

Odigo provides Ensure: we know which of our skills we will have to use for the client
The client experiences Rely: the client can unconditionally trust Odigo as guide and counselor

Step 2

Odigo provides Mediate: we know whether the client would rather mediate or sees the need to go to court
The client experiences Survey: the client keeps a close track of his case and knows which steps are taken

Step 3

Odigo provides Share: we know how and how often the client wants to communicate
The client experiences Consult: the client can count on Odigo as contact point for minor and big issues
